Support ticket problems

I have already reported at least twice.

When this will be resolved ?

I write ticket add all needed files and then this claudflare captcha comes. I fill captcha and then:

And I have to write and add all again...
Why even there is captcha needed for ticket system, where you have to be logged in to send ticket ?
 
Do you have static or dinamyc IP?

This is not my problem at all, and I'm not asking to disable claudflare, and I even have no problems to enter captcha, but problem is that me or everybody else have to write ticket twice, because of this error. It is obvious bug, for support system script or claudflare. I just want that you report it to appropriate company and inform about updates.

Ticket system is better than email as I can keep track of my submitted bugs...
