task stop working 5.4

i can connect the server but zp stop working.i need restart zp.and the task start again

first picture. zp stop woring.2nd i stop task and restart it but it is still not working.3th picture i restart zp.task woking fine

and i have upload the report

once disconnect with the server userarea.zennolab.com.and zp got connect with sever again auto. task still no not work.need restart zp let task run

Try to change your hosts file.
Add

userarea-hk.zennolab.com 23.97.76.156
userarea.zennolab.com 148.251.48.178

yes i have add them to host file but still the same problem

and run it for

and
userarea.zennolab.com
