Template from MP 4.0.0.0 crashes in 4.0.7.0 + antivirus see virus in .EXE

I used MP 4.0.0.0.
I had a template that worked in 4.0.0.0

I updated MP to 4.0.7.0 and try to run. And my antivirus show me that:

Than I off my antivirus and try to run my tamplate. On one of the steps the program freezed and crashed.

I use Avira Free. I don't warry about viruses, I know that there are no viruses in program. Just decided to warn you.

Because of changes since 4.0.0 version the action is differ know. Take a look at the new project and at that action where it crashes.

That is mean that at first I must make a step, where I'll say to program where is situated the file I want to upload. And program will generate some container for the file.
And only than we will make an event that start uploading.

I am trying to make template from the begining.
I can't make any action with "input:file". I recorded a tamplate. I don't make any changes.
When I try to debug it's crashes again.
