Template lenguage

I'm having problems with the lenguages while creating templates.

When I'm recording the actions I start with the site in english but then it changes to spanish (my lenguage), so here comes the first question, how can I get it done all in english?

The other problem I'm having is: When I alerady created a template in english and I use proxies the site detects the country of the proxy and changes the lenguage to that of the proxy's country, and this is my second question, how can I avoid this, and get it always in english?

I had this problem with blogger.com and twitter.com

you will need to record part where you change a language first and then rest of it

But wouldn't it be the same? I mean if i record it changing it in spanish and the site starts in Dutch due to the proxy, the recording won't work either
