template not move in one moment

I not have any logs error . Template just not move, stand on one step, browser not load, green button is in bottom. In PM is all ok, steps normaly moving... What can be problem?

Yes, very strange, i try to put some alerts, i mean i saw when stuck, but before this page and after i have some internal steps, no logs, nothing, allways stay on this page from screenshot

This step is not first, this is 15 or 16 step, but allways on this page.

I created ticket, send logs. Today template works, go to next step. This case maybe not have connection with old problem when zenno stop, but visualy looks all fine, and customer not have idea that zenno stop.

Try to add C:\Program Files (x86)\ZennoLab\ZennoPoster Pro\Progs\CheckingProcessor.exe to exclusions in Windows Defender and brandamauer.
