How about a sub-forum dedicated to template sharing?
There's a marketplace section if you wanna buy/sell, but not really anything fitting if you wanna share it for free with the community.
I'm sure there's plenty of members that wouldn't mind sharing their work and it would be a great place for newbies to look into others work and get ideas.

Im not sure that many users wanna share things ) If you really wanna try, i can create sticky thread in General section. If it will grow, i can add another subforum for sure
