The Licence was not obtained

Hello guys, after a long break i tried to install my old Zennoposter but on installation i get the message "The Licence was not obtained"

is what i bought some years ago and im logging in with the right account.
anyone know why that happens? tried also to reset my licence but wont make any difference

You should delete old machines from Hardware section in zennolab user area.
