Thread opening time rate

Lets say I open poster and ask to open 50 threads of a template. They will all start to open one after another.

Is there a way I can decrease the opening rate of these threads?

If you set template to run in 50 threads then it will run in 50 threads, no other configuration is possible

i know it will open 50 threads. But instead of openning 1 thread every second until you reach 50, is there a way i can configure to open 1 thread every 5 sec for example?
