Timeout Exceeded Error and 100% bad proxies but 0% banned Error ( Open Bullet )

Yesterday I purchased the capmonster pro version but it never worked for even once. My capmonster is uptodate , Sitekey/Url paramter is right and i am using High quality proxies for capmonster, and using chrom to solve captcha. Still i am getting this timeout limit exceeded error and 0 banned but 100% bad proxies error. even i also set 999 timeout in openbullet and everything is right but still i am getting this error.

Please solve this is ASAP.

Please enable Show browser option in ReCaptcha addon settings.
What do you get there when trying to solve recaptcha?
