Traffic window does not appear

Hi,

With new version 5.10.0.0 :

I have the same problem as in this topic :

Reset doc-panels in program settings don't change anything for me.

(tested with Win 7 and Win 10)

Then please try disabling all other windows in Windows menu in Top toolbar and leave only traffic enabled. After that move it to disabled position in the interface.
