Trial Upgrade Before Upgrading?

Last year I spent $90 to purchase an upgrade from 5.7 to 5.9, only to find that there were bugs that made the program unstable to use.

After emails and emails back and forth with support during the six months of purchased period, the bugs were still not fixed even in the latest 5.10 at the time.

I had to revert back to 5.7.
$90 was wasted, so was my time writing forum threads, making videos and screenshots, reinstalling, and testing versions after versions.



A year has passed. Now I am considering upgrading to 5.11, if the bugs are fixed and if it's now stable and efficient.

However, I don't want to waste my money and have that kind of terrible experience again.

Is there a trial 5.11 package were I can try for a short period before I purchase the upgrade?

Yes. trial works for 14 days, then stops and renews after more 14 days.

It will automatically renew after 14 days when first trial expired.

The wiki says the trial only supports 1 thread, but the crashing/freezing issue in 5.9 and 5.10 only happens during heavy duty, multi-thread projects.

It seems like the trial is not able to help.

Is there any other options? Last time I paid you $90 to find out it didn't work out. I don't want to go to that route again.
