Turning on the app with a specific link

Is there any way to turn on the Application with a link, bypassing the web browser?

For example, I have a link shared by someone else. By inserting this link to a web browser, the application opens and directs me directly to the selected place in the app.
Is there any way to use this link to open the application without launching the web browser?

Your app is installed on Your PC at the static place. You can open this app without any browser link needed.

Yes I know. My point is, when I run the application normally, it directs me to the "home page". By launching the application using link, it directs me to a specific place such as a specific product, a specific movie, etc.

I want to shorten the time / steps that need to be taken to reach a specific place in the application.
