Twitter Accounts Suspended

I have been working on 100+ accounts for 2 months very carefully.

I finally decided to have them follow one of my accounts I wanted to promote and bam... all suspended.

I used 25 private squid proxies.

What do I do to not get suspended so I don't waste anymore time?
