Updates have to be purchased additionally or is it included when buying a new copy?

Hi,

I was buying the advanced version today but got confused in between. Buy now takes me to payment page with the amount of 347. But on the screen it says $347 + $90 for the updates.
So, I'm wondering if the first purchase has 6 months updates included by default?
If not, then where to buy it from?

Also, what's the approximate release date for bot compilation utility? This is the reason which keeps holding me back as whatever business visibility or scope I have in my mind using this tool, almost everywhere I feel the need of bot compilation feature. Hope you guys release that functionality soon.
