Using mail server for mass emails

Is it possible to use Zenno's mail server for mass emails, where the emails and password rotate? I see the default is:

{-Profile.Email-}

I was thinking of substituting this:

{-Variable.email-}

but, I can't get this to work especially when I put the {-Variable.email-} as the username.

Any suggestions?

Not clear what the problem is... we don't have mail server....
What is actually not working? Authorization? Mail sending?
