Visual Studio connection

Must it be Visual Studio 2019 for sure? I got 2022. Will that work also?
It seems all installed fine, well not really, creating a project from PM did not work and now when using record it adds nothing in Program.cs file. Only actions are added. So i want to clarify if that could be my VS version fault, before installing lower one.

For me this is the first error I get. thats after i click create new project in PM action, and confirm first pop up windows with entering solution name. After that it open VS and throws this error

When i make a console application NET 4.6.2 myself and just connect this project to PM it works and connection is made and I can see a browser.

So i click record and I can record actions, they appear in my files list, BUT Program.cs file does not get updated.

Still not resolved. Is this a bug?
