Wait For Proxy Error

I have a very simple site visitor template.. But whenever I run it.. The status is either Wait for Proxies or Finished.. It never starts, don't work..

I have 2000 Active proxies all the time.. But It just don't work.. I literally have to beg to get support.. Never Got though..
