Where and how to report about Download dangerous file in chrome and Windows defender App at risk

As the title says, can You @VladZen please post some thread and make it sticky so we can all see where and how to report to Google and Microsoft that Zenno is not a trojan app lol
I'm not looking workaround, I'm looking for a full problem solution.
