In this moment program has only russian language.
You can buy it on this page:
http://zennolab.com/ru/products/capmonster/buy-now/
You must press "Купить" button.
In popup:
first field is your email;
second field is referral's code. You can add bestbot for me; ))
third field is payment system. You can change web money or other payments.
It's 97$.
You must fill all of fields and press "Оплатить".
In the next page, in the upper left corner, you can change language. I think it will be easily for you.

I suggest you to wait until English build will be released. It's very hard to learn software with Russian interface if you dont know Russian language
