Where is the Chrome version of the command set?

Similar to this command in the firefox version
instance.SetBrowserPreference("dom.w3c_touch_events.enabled", 1);
Enabled directive in dom.w3c_touch_events.enabled

There are no preferences in Chrome engine.
There are arguments for running Chrome with different parameters.
Try using --touch-events argument.
