It's not creating queue.
If you exceed the amount 1000 recaptcha images for 1 threads per hour, the delay for solving recaptcha will be added.
So that recaptcha won't treat you and our software as bots.

I've just explained you that you are getting a warning that recaptcha will be solved with some delay.
There is no need in 2 licenses or extra threads. Just test and try working with it. Do you get big delays? unsolved captchas?
recaptcha solution works on time 0.6 and sometimes 1.6 does not bother me, I have to understand that how is the delay then the greater time shows
