Why I'm still facing this issue?

Hey guys, I have followed the steps of completely uninstalling it, then going to the hardware tab on the zennolab to delete it, reinstalled it three times, repeated the steps, because it still won't let me open up zenno poster.

I even upgraded my operating system from windows xp service pack 3, to windows 7 ultimate and I still face the same problem. Even on the new operating system upgrade, it took 45 minutes to install when it only took a few minutes on windows xp.

Can someone please help me with this from support?

Hello!

Did you download installation file from user area or transfer it from somewhere else?
Did you remove unused hardware from user area before installation?
