However, I'm currently getting a 25% success rate creating accounts on blog templates with poster. Is this what everyone else is getting, roughly? I'm new to ZenBlog so I don't know if this is standard or if there's some other issue. In the log, errors range from "popup is not found" to "failed to process table" to the common "HTML element not found by search criteria".

For people who have used ZenBlog, is this normal?

This tool require too much babysitting, and its not the best coded. Not impressed at all to be honest. Re-posting to these sites are a complete mess.
Did you guys even update the posters? No one use them to repost?

My Current Review On Web2.0 Properties (not profiles)

My result after 1 run is 10 reposted web2.0 /20 web2.0. I could maybe push to 15 if I went for 30 web2.0 to begin with. Way too
low to play with, can get accounts created and posted to for $5-10 for about 30 web2.0 without any issues. I dont get why I'm
automating to save a few bucks here unless I've 60 projects (if it even post well)...

You claim how your system work is to create web2.0 with app, then repost to it again. I'm getting such a low rate,
you must expect us to make $3-5/hr to benefit from this. Unless we are from third world country, we won't go back and repost again the few templates
that didn't go through. You must at least make this fast for us to do if not it's not automation at all.

Pretty damn disappointed with your Web2.0 properties.

Maybe there is some problem with captcha setting, or there might be something wrong with project configuration? 25% success rate looks low, we are getting higher success rate when testing. You could give us a shout on skype: hoptop.pl and we could check if everything looks good via TV.

We are currently working on improving overall success rate for blogs and posters, although the numbers given looks lower than what we are getting at the moment. Anyway things should look better by the end of the week as all blogs and posters are being reviewed and fixed.


Also to all people willing to help by just sending us their logs here is the instruction how to do it:
- all blogs and posters templates will now report IDs of last errors automatically to "Progs/Results/!ZenblogLog.txt" file if template ends before success. All users can use contact form on our website to send us their logs or just fill in the form with ideas/errors/suggestions etc.

expect something I can use daily at least 80-90% of what is advertised. Its not worth my time to wait for fixes for more than 3 days, in fact
even 2 days is ridiculous.

I also received the yahoo template, and received no instructions on how to set it up. Can you actually refund my money for that? Thanks.

It takes much longer than one or two days to actually check all templates, find out what is wrong and then fix them (blogs + posters). When we get errors submitted from customers we can react faster than look for the bugs on our own and fix them. There is a lot of people using ZenBLOG and admins of custom platforms are defending those by changing scripts - then we have to change templates. We work all the time to squeeze out as much success rate as we can. There are daily updates - either we add new platforms or fix old ones that stopped working. Please always use up to date templates package and read changelog file for insight on what is going on.

I highly recommend that you guys send update files via email notifications. This proves that you guys are actually updating by sending out weekly notifications (1-2 times a week). An email option system would be nice..and also help a lot with your sales. I understand you guys are updating, but updates are worth nothing if the templates are failing hard.

I'm not trying to change your business model, but I'm in doubts that you have active users who are doing web2.0 properties. Otherwise, you would have high success rate for posters and non posters. Instead I see tons of new templates being made, and price increase.

If it takes a long time to update fast, you clearly need to outsource this, otherwise, daily users will not want to use and wait more than 3-7 days at a time. You clearly need part-time/full time person debugging all day, and from there get it fixed asap. I don't see why you can't get a VA to setup campaign and run them, then send to debug team daily. If you are leaving it up to us to help you debug, why are we paying you? Should it not be the other way around, we pay you so you can update without us.

I paid for 7 months not impressed by the improvements either, for me I'm paying for your main system the web2.0 to work at 80-90% of the time.

@cloudattack - thanks for Your opinion but we still check&repair our templates. Submit error function is great feedback because our computers and proxies are different from users environment and we can't find all bugs because on our servers it works correctly. It is easy to use and You can use it or not - Your decision. We added this function becuse it was idea zenblog users.

For all fields u mentioned correct formats are:

-link: [url=http://..]anchor[/url]
-image: [img]http://image.address.com/image.jpg[/img]

ZenBLOG templates will automatically change links and images tags from BBcode to html where it is needed, preview should work fine if you use correct format.
