Bought Zenno and despite my PC meeting the requirements it runs horribly on my PC. Very slow & crashes. Most likely my PC is the cause. No problem because 30 day guarantee., right?
Request for refund send to Zenno Support - 3 days later NO RESPONSE.
So I contact PayPro who sends a request to Zenno - 3 days later NO RESPONSE.
I contact PayPro again who contacts Zenno - a few days later and still NO RESPONSE.
Guess I will have to open a dispute with my credit card company.
Sad because when I upgrade my pc in a few months I was for sure going to try Zenno again, but now why would I based on the way they have ignored me.
