zennobox "Error loading project"

Hello, I have a problem loading a template on zennobox. When I integrate it on my zennolab client space there is a red cross displayed on the template, what does that mean? Where would the problem come from? Thank you for your help

bonjour, j'ai un probleme de chargement d'une template sur zennobox. Lorsque je l'integre sur mon espace client zennolab il y a une croix rouge qui s'affiche sur la template, qu'est-ce que cela veut dire ? D'ou viendrais le probleme ? Merci de votre aide

However I come out of the csv and excel files without problem on project maker and zennoposter. the problem would come from zennobox but I don't see where because there is not ErrorID! @VladZen, do you have an explanation? Thank you!

Please enable detailed log in zennobox program settings, repeat the error and run Diagnostic.

You are using parse-helper feature to parse page in your project, which appeared in version 5.22.0.0
But trying to run thiis project in zennobox 5.21, which does not have this parsing feature yet.

It's available. Just download latest version from user panel - https://userarea.zennolab.com/lk/userarea/UserCustomer.aspx
(not sure who are using zennobox - you or your customer)...
