Zennobox gives error

Выполнение действия CSharp OwnCode: Cookies2SphereFormat. Could not find a part of the path 'c:\users\zennobox\documents\zennolab\zennobox\purchasedproducts\zoronbet@gmail.com\cookies\689555178_03\04\2020_SphereFormatNew.txt'.
my computer name is zennobox but that shouldn't matter surely?
i get this error every time i use the software. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The program can't find the file 2020_SphereFormatNew.txt'. which is used in your project.

Do i have to create a txt file in that folder c:\users\zennobox\documents\zennolab\zennobox\purchasedproducts\zoronbet@gmail.com\cookies\ "2020_SphereFormatNew.txt" because i think the program should create this file automatically.

Fixed!! Installed russian windows version. My dev ignores me now because I'm english and he has no idea how to fix it. Lame developer.
