Zennoposter high CPU usage (not FFInstance)

After one of my templates failed in Zennoposter and returned the 'active tab of instance not found...' I noticed in Windows Task Manager that Zennoposter itself started to consume about 30% of the CPU resources on the machine.

I mention that I opened Windows Task Manager after putting the template to work in Zenno. It worked fine for about an hour. Zennoposter itself was consuming very low amount of CPU resources (between 1 and 3%).

Then, after an hour the 'active tab of instance not found...' errors appeared. I was not watching zenno and Windows Task Manager in that moment but checked it 2 minutes later, after this error.

Noticed that Zennoposter started to increase its CPU consumption. Instead of staying at 1-3% as it did during the last hour, now, after bumping into this error, it eats about 30% of the CPU resources. I mention that Zennoposter itself is behaving like this. FFInstances are behaving normally and don't eat that much from the CPU resources.

I also attached a screen-shot from Task Manager and Zenno. You can clearly see that FFInstances are needing less resources that Zenno.

I don't know if this is normal and I don't know if the error makes Zenno itself to consume a lot of the CPU resources...or the high consumption of CPU leads to this error. Anyway, it is very strange for me the fact that initially Zennoposter itself needs 1-3% of the CPU and, then, after the active tab of instance error appears, it starts to consume 30% of CPU.

My best guess is that the 'Active tab of instance not found error...' has something to do with strange behavior of Zenno (discussed here about my nightmares with this error: http://zennolab.com/discussion/threads/restart-instance-leads-to-even-more-errors-help.20898/).
At some certain point the total CPU load could go to 100% and, of course, the a/m error would appear.

The machine specs: i5-2500 Sandy Bridge 3.3 Ghz with 12 Gb of RAM memory, SSD etc. The error was received on Zenno 5.7.5.3. Running the template in just 6 threads, Java enabled, flash disabled. I am using this version because it seems to be more stable than the last 5.8 versions (less 'active tab of instance...' errors in 5.7.5.3)

Edit: I also added a screen-shot from the task manager, but this time the processes are ordered depending how much CPU they are consuming. Again, Zennoposter itself is consuming the most CPU resources, followed by FFinstance. When I start with a particular template, FFInstance is highest consumer of CPU resources (and that seems to be the normal situation)

I've been noticing similar problems but I don't have all the data that you've provided to truly back it up.

It's an annoying error that is maxing out my vps like crazy. I simply assumed it was my template that was causing the problem.

7-8 hours later and a couple of other 'active tab of instance not found...' errors and the CPU load is nearly 70%....of which Zennoposter itself is consuming 65% and FFInstance just a 3.5%
Same template that I started an hour before posting the first message here...

This is definitely not a normal situation.

Screen-shot attached

@lucas76: That was my first impression, too: the template is too demanding....but when I see that FFInstance dowsn't need more than 20% CPU and eats up 350 MB of RAM...I would bet that the template is fine and Zennoposter itself is causing problems. But would like to know the opinion of Zenno staff, as well...maybe there is a logical explanation for this.

PS: no search by picture, no mouse emulation, no keyboard emulation, no intellisearch, nothing that could eat up so many resources in my template. But I do admit that javascript is enabled.

Please test on 5.8.7.0
It use different browser engine and nothing in previous browser engine will be changed. If you reproduce it on last build you'll need to send project taht you use with instructions how you reproduce the problem (how long should it run) to support mail.
Our main developers will check why it acts like this and what can be done

The problem is that a few weeks ago 5.8.7.0 brought much more errors (active tab of instance of instance not found) than 5.7.5.3 .

Installed 5.8.7.0 again, put it to work with the same template...and nothing changed. I see the 'active tab of instance not found' much frequently now.

The behavior is the same. When started zenno 5.8.7.0 almost doesn't need any CPU resources (check the first screen-shot taken a minute after starting the project). 10 minutes later...zenno still behaves normally (second screen-shot). 15 minutes later...the first 2 'active tab of instance not found' errors appear simultaneously and zenno starts to go crazy on the CPU resources (3rd screen-shot)...it needs 56% of the CPU respurces, while FFInstance needs only about 20%

Important: I was looking at the task manager when the first two 'active tab instance not found' errors appeared. Unfortunately I was not fast enough to take a screen-shot when the errors appeared but, simultaneously with these errors, I was able to see that one new process appeared for about 2 seconds in Task Manager and it was consuming the most of the CPU resources. The name of the process was something like 'Windows Problem Reporting' and it was consuming about 40% of the CPU resources. This Windows process worked only 2 seconds and, when it stopped Zenno INCREASED its CPU consumption from 0.1% to 30%!!! It remained the same for a few other minutes then it continued to increase the CPU resources consumption. Now, as seen in the 3rd screen-shot it is consuming more than 50% of CPU resources.

Looking in the Windows Event Viewer Logs, I found the following errors which occurred at the EXACT TIME when the 'Active Tab of Instance Not Found' errors took place:

PS: Unfortunately I will not be able to send the template to support because I designed it for a customer and he doesn't agree with sending the template to support team. Except this, please let me know if you need anything else.

PS2: Again, I have the annoying probelm in Project Manager 5.8.7.0: when encountering the clear cookies block, it closes itself!!! And that's happening with any project...new or old
Never mind...it's working fine now. Don't know if this is a coincidence but PM closing when clearing cookies appeared before the a/m incident. Now, after the incident it's working fine...very awkward

Please enable extended logs
reproduce problem,
Run Diagnostic.exe after that and attach report
