zennoposter not running instance

Zennoposter used to run ok then maximum threads changed to one had to go to setting and change them and after restart it won't run any instances at all
!

what could be the issue ?

Maybe some issue with internet connection?

nop reinstalled it fixed the issue, same thing happened on RDP server ,
