ZP - Issues with starting, and more.

Latest version of ZP will start up, but won't it won't run any templates about 50% of the time.

If I stop a template, then try to restart (green 'go'), nothing happens; If I try to delete template, I get confirmation, then nothing happens. It usually take 10 restarts to get it working.

Is there some diagnostic I can run?
