ZP - Run list collection was modified; enumeration operation may not execute

In ZP I'm trying to run 5 threads, but having some issues.

Some of the threads (with proxies) are stable, but then thread number 5 keeps stopping and the tries again. I keep getting error message:

Run list collection was modified; enumeration operation may not execute.

The ID is:

b6b28ed8-24ed-4947-8319-ec95038cf7d6

I think it might be action list processing > delete duplicates.
