Имеется опыт его автоматизации. Каптча рендерилась через код. Но смысла особого не вижу. С большинства интересных сервисов pinger SMS не получает. В дополнение скажу, что приходилось писать сторонее приложение для его автоматизации. Силы лучше на него не тратить.

Ok, I found out the reason. I had to check it first btw. I doesn't work in Firefox 15.0. Zenno browser engine is based on the same version. So that's the reason. The only way to get it working - upgrade current version of gecko. So unfortunately there is no fast work around.
