3g modems hilink as proxies - how to?

Hello guys I want ask how I could setup 11x 3g modems huawei hilink as proxy on 1 pc?

I used before raspberry.. but buy 11 of them is kinda complicated.. and Virtual Box doesnt work for me... cant configure it

I do not think you can easily configure such access.
But if they have USB then use all 11 on one PC with 11 USB ports.
Then use that PC as a proxy server.

I mean I have 11 usb modems hilink + 7 slot usb adapter.. plug in this is not problem but make proxy from this locally it is problem heh cause I dont have idea how and even dunno no1 who can help me

I'm sorry to tell You, but this is not a one-sentence answer or anything You can do easily.
Even I would need some time to figure out what is what, although, I was a system administrator in a huge internet provider company in the past. lol
I really can not suggest anything other than google + trial and error.
