[SOLVED] 4.0.8 Debugger- Webrowser Error

I have just upgraded from 4.0.7 which worked perfectly, to 4.0.8.. No every time when I star debug, i am getting a webrowser error. Actually debugging tab never open. The same thing worked perfectly on 4.0.7

"Active tab of instance is not found. Instance 50505:127.0.0.1"

The same error happens in any template, even simplest one such as one step template" Go to Google.com

Anyone else got this error?

Sometimes got that same error: ''Не нашли активную вкладку в инстансе. Инстанс 50505:127.0.0.1''

Glad to hear its not just me, and yes, i also get this error.
 
It is nothing serious probably few lines of code misplaced. Adding new features is always a challenging task.

I mean it will surely be fixed tomorrow.
 
Gonna try it out on my dedi and see if I get the same problem.
 
I have the same prob, guys. Will send info to devs now.

I hope you downloaded zenno using zennodowmloader.xls template.
 
Got the same issue... Downgrading too.
 
Same issue damn fuck i go back to 4.0.7 until update :)

I saw something else on "search by picture" we can't set a BIG image, (we can't move red line too far), well dunno how to explain it but on the 4.0.7 it was better. ^^
 
my first post :)

I've also got this internal browser crached and log shows something like that "Active tab of instance is not found. Instance 1316041858:127.0.0.1"
restarted ZP - still got it
restarted my computer - after runing my template 3-5 times got similar errors and of course template won't work
something killing internal browser
 
my version is 4.0.8.1 downloaded today :)

ps.
I don't see where is "edit mu post" feature ?
 
Try to uninstall poster, delete the whole installation folder, reboot, in stall again

He is a user, only clients can edit posts.

just installed new 4.0.8.2 version
restarted computer
and there are still problems with ZP internal browser crash "FFInstance"
I've changed settings for instances but this bug still occured
tomorrow I will uninstall and move to another computer and try again - maybe it's something with my operating system (windows xp sp3)
 
Please report back when you do. The build may not(thought it is unlikely) work with XP SP3 as i have the same issue and i use XP SP3.

today I installed ZP on another computer - also win xp sp3 and internal browser again crashed
right now I'm donloading latest ver 3.x and check it - I hope it's stable version ;)
 
Thanks. I am pretty sure 4.0.7 would work well on your PC.

Are you getting something like this as error:
Error occurred in module "Run WebBrowserTab action id: ...something"
Message: "Active tab of instance is not found.

sth like "Active tab of instance is not found. Instance 1316041858:127.0.0.1", browser crashes and afetr few seconds it happen again
looks like ZP tried restart browser but sth crashes it
 
People who have problem with launching debugger in ZennoPoster 4.0.8+ and working debugger and ZennnoPoster in 4.0.7


Please download the demo version and install it (it should be installed to the different directory of the working copy).

Archive of the log folders and any related errors in Control Panel -> Administration -> Event log
 
Demo worked, but that lead to solution for regular version of 4.0.8.2 . It works if you install it into a different folder than default one for example C:/programfiles/1/zennolab/. This is the fix for the users who use windows XP SP3.
