A bug... List preview Russian encoding shows - ?????

Hi guys, just came across a confusing issue, when I store data in a list and try previewing the list's contents, all the Russian words show as "???????" - http://screencast.com/t/NaGvQzVqxqdZ

If I tie the list to the UTF-8 text file and check the contents there, the Russian words are showing fine, but the preview still shows question marks.

Not disrupting, but confusing Maybe worth looking into?

previe use outdated version of Devexpress (standalone component). We plan to update it soon. If it doesnt affect execution for now, that's good)
