About multiple threads

I started 10 threads on xenoposter and all threads read the same excel data. We use "pause" to create a time difference, and we also use "delete line". What should I do?

How do you get line from exel file? what are the settings in action properties?
and also please attach the screenshot of table properties in zennoposter which bound to exel file.
