Activating extension hangs

I run Activate action and extension pop-up appears immediately. But action hangs for like 1-2 minutes. (Sometimes)

Capmoster cloud. Newest version just downloaded from the page.
Now it does not open at all. Using action or from the toolbar, i press open and extension pop-up just blinks or shows for half second and then disappears. Can't get it working. When this blink is happening, some requests in the traffic monitor pointed to extension also blinks and then disappear.

BTW thats happed with other captcha solving extension so its not extension per se related.

And it is not happening all the time. I was at the captcha screen when i wanted to open and see but no success.

So, it happens with other extensions as well?
Could not reproduce it in 7.8.1.0. So, please tell your ZP version and OS version.
Also, I would recommend to add extensions directly from Chrome webstore to browser.
