I have my templates waiting for 1 hour between loops but they often show that message recently.

What do I have to change? is it one of the settings in the poster options?

Well i have another one doing the same pause but doesnt have this issue.

Maybe to do with the multi threading?

Quit that instance and start a new execution.
Set your 1h pause as the very last action and increase the execution count instead.

increasing the execution count (instead of 1hr pause) isnt that easy since im using global variables to run multiple lines at once and that would cock everything up. currently the curret line will be locked in with global variable for the remainder of the template run. i have to stop all exections at the same time currently. im trying to figure out how to allow for stopping individual rows and starting from that row only but havent figured out how to do it accurately yet...

So does it leak resources if i have a pause for 1 hour within the template ratehr than stopping template and doing multiple executions?

yes sure. especially if page has any scripts that autoupdate data from server
