adding youtube video and images into BotUI

I now working on some complicated Bot UI, and have a lot problems, i send to support report about missing complete Bot UI , and still have periodicaly problems, maybe problem can be -when we adding external pictures or youtube videos ?

BotUI usually breaks when you edit its html code.
Anyway, report does not help with it.
We need project example on which the problem is reproduced.
