Adwords registration problem

Hi all. I am having problems with registering an account with Adwords. When I register, i click the radio button to say i dont use other services. When i hit next, part of the page loads but one section in the middle just says "Loading" in a little red rectangle. Does anyone know how i can make it load and complete the registration? I am trying to create a template for Youtube and I understand its easier if you do it through Adwords. Any advice would be a great help. Thanks

You can try to disable javascript?
