Yes, not residental. Just know these are good proxies for ZP by user's reviews.

Brightdata are a quite shady company and completely overpriced (USD 35 per 1GB data!!!). Netnut we tested about half a year ago and they tried to sell us datacenter IPs as residential ones for about USD 15/GB.

Brightdata is old luminati.io service, they are the most quality proxy service on earth. You even can not get some services like mobile proxies for shit like account registration, not to talk about some brute force actions, they interviewing You to decide if they give You their service. I guess old saying is what you pay for is what You get applies there as well.

Luminati, now Brightdata (recently they had to change their name because of the bad reputation and the criminal investigations against them) are long know as cybercrime company operating one of the largest botnets in the world. Already 2015 came to public awareness that they sliped a botnet backdoor to all their users of the popular Hola-VPN (same company as luminati) without the knowledge of the users. Nowadays they are more involved in deals with other cybercrimes in making DDOS and hacking attacks (seems to bring more money than just letting pay internet marketers pay $15/GB for botnet traffic ). I would stay away from this shady "company" as far as possible. There are many ethical and affordable proxy networks out there.
