Authentication server down?

I have been using my Zenno instance for a while (5.32.00) but when I last opened my computer it displayed something like lost connection to authentication server.
Then I tried to restart the instance and it was throwing an "Error creating ProjectMaker main window" message.
Then I uninstalled the software and I am trying to re-install it, but I cannot get past of the authentication step, as it says "Error obtaining license. The lincense was not obtained."
Is the authentication server down or something else went wrong? Never seen something like during the last 8 years...
Userarea works, I can log in without problems.

You should delete your PC from hardware list in user area - https://userarea.zennolab.com/lk/userarea/UserAddHardware.aspx
Then you will be able to reinstall the program

I tried to delete it from user area but still I am not able to reinstall. I have exact same problem
