Maybe it's a good idea to take care of the ones you have? I've been struggling with your MegaPack (3000 proxies) for several days and all your tech support can say is use a different tester, put them in a browser or change the location you're using them from. Currently I have about 1100 working proxies out of the 3000 I paid for. That is with liberal, 15 second response time, which I rarely use. I typically have this set to less than 10 seconds. Of the 1100 that ZPPC says are alive many won't pull up more than 1 webpage before timing out.
I'm sorry for the bad review but all I'm getting from your support is the run-around. I posted more than 500 dead proxies in the last support ticket that I took time to test and their response was to change IP. Well I changed IP and it fixed nothing. I don't recommend anyone purchase your service until you can deliver what you advertise.

Exactly because right now every month i should buy new account and then i should open support ticket that somebody extending my account that i do not need to change proxies in all my places. And your support not understanding English very well and every month i should spend 30 min just to explain what i need.

You don't need to buy new account. You can just renew it. We have some people in support, somebosy use google translator for it =) As for me, i know english without translators
