Fineproxy is the best proxy service I have ever seen, and by far the cheapest. Pretty much 20 bucks for 5000+ proxies is ridiculous. I was worried at first I figured the proxies must be slow or unreliable at that price, but I have been using them for quite a while now and they never go down and all of them are super fast. I use them with IP binding on my local PC which works fine but if I try to use them also on an external server, the proxies don't work.

I am using the format: user:pass@ip:port - this format works on the local machine which has IP binding (using port 8080) but does not work on external machine with port 1080 or 8080 or 1085.
