Best Way to Create Blacklist for Account Creation?

Does anyone have an idea or method to create a blacklist while performing account creation? I'm currently generating multiple accounts, but don't want to waste time trying to register account names I have already used.
Does anyone have a good idea on how I can create a blacklist of account names I already created? I can't seem to figure out how to check a saved list as a blacklist.

It all depends on the amount of data. If you have a couple of millions blacklist then its easy.
Save Blacked logins to file. and foreach file when new login is taken for checking if its not used before.
