Bought Zennodroid -> this license is not obtained

So i bought Zennodroid lite about 1 week ago and installed it on my main pc at home. im traveling here and there cause of my work and tried to install zennodroid on my laptop so i can work on it while im not home. The problem is that on the installation on my laptop after entering my account credentials im getting the message that i dont obtain any license of it. i can show screens of the transaction code and everything to proof it. i also tried to deactivate my pc hardware code on the user area but it didnt changed anything.
Is there anything i can do to install the tool on my laptop instead of my pc at home ?

In your personal account, in the equipment section, you need to delete the binding. And then you can put it on another computer.
