Bug v2.10.3 - Timeout Loading Element

I've been using Capmonster for over a month to solve recaptchas and overall I've been very impressed with the performance, but a few days ago it stopped working and I receive the error "Timeout for loading element has been exceeded". I also should note that I do have an active recaptcha sitekey addon.

I've tried changing the dedicated proxies on the sever several times and using those, even though the program that needs the captcha solved passes the proxies its using off to capmonster. I thought it might be an issue with my server, but a buddy of mine let me try sending recaptchas to his capmonster server that also had the same problem.

Thanks for your reply. I'm sure there's no mistake, from early December to January 22 it had worked flawlessly and nothing has changed with the program I am using, proxies, or the server hosting capmonster. It does receive captchas properly for about the first 5-10 minutes then almost all timeout after that. As I mentioned I tried sending recaptchas to a friend's capmonster server that had the same results.

Has anything changed with the sitekey addon since Jan. 22? Is there anything specifically I should have my developer take a look at? Thanks in advance.

For me this addon forks perfectly - and i can tell that im not even using private proxies - they are public, sometines i get timeout or info that proxy is banned but this is just 10% of all

I am also getting this bug, at first it happens every now and then, then it starts happening all the time.

If you get this problem, check pageurl parameter in your request, and also try different proxies for ReCaptcha2.

Do I have to put proxy in request too? Or only in CapMonster program settings. Also, pageurl parameter is the page in which I got the sitekey from correct?

That's enough to set proxy only in CapMonster. And pageurl is url address for the page with recaptcha2.

To avoid this problem we recommend using latest version 2.10.6.0 with different browser engines - Chrome and Firefox and change proxies quite frequantely.

Update to 2.10.14.0 and use good proxies for solving recaptcha.
