It seems to be the issue with window focus priority in the system.

Tell me more please, as it happens in PM only. Just checked two other progs and folders got opened correctly.

Correct. Only an open project directory does this. Save as bring the window up as should.

You should enable this option in program settings

what it can be used for? first time meeting this way of opening url

To solve this isssue, I suggest you reset panels. This should restore focus of interface windows.

I have this ticked by default.

In older versions, it always worked line. Copy any cube and then go to needed place highlight cube and then paste and copied cube would be copied right below highlighted. Now it works (sometimes) like I say and sometimes it works like it adds a copied cube not below highlight but above. Seems randomly. And sometimes it adds cube not even below but somewhere near only. This is some bug man in newest versions, it never worked line that before. There are some gifs with some issues.

what it can be used for? first time meeting this way of opening url

On one page I click on view invoice and in CEF it opens the pdf file in pop-up window with such url. It sure works in Chrome browser as well. Only Chromium displays nothing.

Nothing changed. Everything still works as in gifs.

By my tests, if there is free space below highlighted action, then copied action is pasted below the higlited.
If space is occupied by other cubes, action pasted above or close to action where is available free space.
This seems logical behavior.

actions are added randomly near highlighted, or below or above.
I see that this change, when i tested with only pause actions, they acted like adding pasted action near the group. When i took list processing action and tried to paste it between group of pause actions, they acted differently.

In sort this is messed up in some latests versions. I use 7.3 right now and its crazy there.

There is no profile folder at all, it should create new.

Works fine for some time, but then it goes down with this error. No other templates is using that profile. No other threads as well. It is a one threaded template. that is scheduled to work every 2 minutes.

Nop.

Then probably it was not released by some instance and still occupied.
To avoid this error, I would advise you to close browser instance at the end of the template - Run Instance->without browser.
This will release the profile-folder bound to the instance in the template..

It's better to ask questions in threads about more up-to-date versions. 7.7.3.0 was released 2 years ago and it's not very actual already.
Paste is active in empty space in project diagram. When you highlight another cube like on your gif, this option is unavailable.
You should move the cursor below the action.
