When I ask your support a question before I buy a product, they tell me the answer, which makes me decide to buy - I buy the mobile proxy then I realize that the information from your support is wrong? Simple?

Yeah nice I did it 2 times, support was not online, so your system said you send me a E-Mail, 5 Days+ later I still didnt got a E-Mail
