Can I multithread within same instance with multiple tabs?

On tumblr I cant click the + button for add for some accounts seems to be some kind of block they put on after a while.

So now I scrape 200 users and have to search one by one in search bar and follow like that.

This works but is really slow.

I wondered if it could be sped up by doing multiple tabs simultaneously or can one instance only work with one tab at a time? ie active tab?

Any other alternatives given info above?

Bind the list of users to the template and increase the thread count in zennoposter. They'll all work at the same time and from the same list.

in addtion use the same profile:
the first thread or sepparete template should log in and save profile to local disc
than go on multithread to search and add accounts.
