Can I use Proxy in demo?

I've tried several ways to use a Proxy in demo, I've followed both outdated tutorials and tips from the internet and either i can't do that or its not possible in a demo? Im willing to buy zennoposter in the future but now i cant as seo is expensive for someone who's starting learning.

Can I do that in either ZP or ZP projectmaker?
